Made to order
Your Detroit Garment Factory garments are prepared after you place an order. Please allow 2–4 business days for preparation after payment is confirmed, before your order ships.
Shipping time
After shipment, standard delivery within the United States is estimated to take 3–5 business days. Preparation and transit are separate: please allow an estimated 5–9 business days in total from payment confirmation to delivery. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates; carrier delays, holidays, or severe weather can affect arrival.
Where we ship and what it costs
We currently ship within the United States. Standard shipping is $4.99, with free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more, based on the eligible order subtotal after discounts and before tax. The shipping charge shown at checkout applies to your order. Expedited shipping is not currently offered.
Tracking
When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking information to the email address on your order. Tracking updates may take time to appear after a label is created.
Delays and delivery issues
If we cannot ship within the preparation window stated above, we will contact you with an updated shipment date and the option to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped items for a refund. If tracking shows an unexpected delay, a missing parcel, or a delivery issue, contact us so we can help investigate.
Shipping address and order changes
Please check your address carefully before placing an order. Email us as soon as possible if it needs correcting. Changes are not guaranteed after production or shipping has started.
