Welcome to Detroit Garment Factory. These Terms of Service apply when you use our website or purchase our clothing. Our online store is hosted by Shopify. Please read these terms together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Using our store

You must be legally able to make a purchase, or have permission from a parent or guardian. Please provide accurate contact, payment, and shipping information. Do not use our website for unlawful activity, fraud, or attempts to interfere with its operation.

Our products

We sell Detroit-inspired T-shirts and hoodies. Garments are prepared after an order is placed. Please review the design, size, product details, and shipping information before ordering. Product images may include mockups; screen settings, garment placement, and the printing process can cause minor differences in appearance. This does not limit your rights if an item is defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description.

Prices, payment, and orders

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and discounts are displayed at checkout before payment. Prices and promotions can change for future orders. Discount codes are subject to their stated eligibility and expiration terms.

We may decline or cancel an order if payment cannot be verified, an item is unavailable, there is a material listing error, or we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cannot fulfill a paid order, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for the canceled items, including any shipping charge attributable solely to those items. We will not charge a higher price for an existing order without your agreement.

Order changes and cancellations

For an address correction, size change, or cancellation request, email detroitgarmentfactory@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number. We cannot guarantee changes once production or shipping has started. Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Your rights if we cannot ship as promised are not limited by this section.

Shipping and returns

See our Shipping Policy for preparation times, transit estimates, available destinations, rates, and tracking. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Returns, exchanges, incorrect items, and defects are covered by our Refund Policy.

Website content

Our original designs, branding, images, and website content belong to Detroit Garment Factory or their respective owners. Purchasing a garment does not grant permission to reproduce or sell our designs. You may use the website to browse, shop, and contact us for personal purposes.

Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Payment processing and some other store functions are provided by third parties, including Shopify. Third-party websites linked from our store have their own terms and privacy practices.

Customer rights and updates

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable consumer law gives you. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new date. Changes will not retroactively reduce the rights that applied to an order when it was placed.
